Haval Vision 2025 Concept – Auto Expo 2020 Live

Great Wall Motor (GWM) has unveiled the Haval vision2025 electric sports utility vehicle at the Auto Expo 2020. The concept premiered at the Auto Shanghai last year as a “a global intelligent SUV in the new era.” Haval is GWM’s brand that specializes on SUVs.

Great Wall Motor is of the opinion that a car will become an important mobility partner to a citizen and the designers at GWM’s studio have deployed 4 of the leading concepts in the world on this design & tech preview – hyper sensory visual design, autonomous interaction, intelligent driving assistance and full-scene ecological service.

The vision2025 SUV comes fitted with a transparent display as seen on Iron Man’s helmet on the dashboard’s floating display. The concept car features augmented reality head-up display (AR-HUD) system that brings real application of AR technology to the windscreen to combine instruments, entertainment, navigation and telephony with the road and show the virtual guide line on the windshield in real time. This helps the driver keep his eyes on the road while reading information.

The concept comes with delivery-to-car design concept, where the vision2025 is seen as a drop-off point for packages ordered through e-commerce. Using the smart bracelet, the user is able to release the boot of the car for the courier to deliver the article.

The vision2025 comes with face recognition technology that takes the place of a conventional key fob. Biometric authentication and intelligent networking cloud computing are aimed to give users the right to access the car. When authorization granted, settings such as seat position, navigation, music and health info are loaded according to the user.

The vision2025 has a couple of other features worth noting – photoelectric technology will replace the conventional mirrors of the car to help improve the field of vision by three times as compared to traditional rear-view mirrors, minimizing blind spots. Finally the concept comes with a 3D car location feature that converts the driver’s mobile phone into a car-seeking equipment to easily locate the vehicle in a large parking lot.
